How Careerlista works

You paste a job and your résumé; in about a minute Careerlista gives you a résumé written for that job from your own experience, checked the way applicant tracking systems read it. You download it or apply on the employer’s page, and the application is tracked.

What are the steps?

  1. 1. Paste the job

Copy a job you want from LinkedIn, Indeed or any site. Paste its description and add your résumé, on one page. The company, the position and the link are read from the text for you.

  2. 2. Get your résumé

In about a minute you have a résumé for that job, written from your own experience in the job's own words, with your match score. Anything Careerlista adds is yours to keep or remove.

  3. 3. ATS and Recruiter check

Careerlista reads the file the way applicant tracking systems read it and the way a recruiter reads it, and fixes what they would miss. Under 100%, one tap rewrites it. A certificate or degree you do not hold is never written.

  4. 4. Download or apply

Download the PDF, or tap “Apply for this job”: Careerlista opens the employer's application with your résumé ready. Apply there, then come back and tap “Yes, I submitted it”, and the application is tracked.

How long does it take?

About a minute for the résumé, a little longer for a long one. The job page shows a timer while Careerlista works and updates by itself.

Does it make things up on my résumé?

No. Every line comes from your own experience. Keywords the job asks for are added in its own words and marked “Added for you” for you to keep or remove, and a certificate, licence or degree you do not hold is never written.

Does it apply to jobs without my approval?

No. Nothing is sent to an employer without your approval. You apply on the employer's page with your résumé, then the application is tracked.

Is it free?

Yes, to start: 3 jobs a month, each with its own résumé and ATS check, no card needed. See the plans.
