About Careerlista
Careerlista is a Canadian career platform for experienced professionals aged 35 to 65. It is built and operated by CyberErrands Solutions Inc., a company in Ontario, Canada.
Who it is for
Mid-career and late-career professionals; people changing careers at 40 or 50; people laid off, including in restructurings driven by AI; people returning to work after a break; people looking for fractional, contract and part-time roles; and people starting something of their own. Age describes the people we serve. Employers hire on merit, and nothing here suggests otherwise.
What it does
Your experience is the asset; Careerlista helps employers see it. It finds jobs that match you in Canada and the United States, writes a résumé for each job from your own experience in the job’s words, checks that résumé the way applicant tracking systems read it, fills the employer’s application form through its browser extension, and tracks every application at a steady pace.
What it promises, and what it does not
Nothing is sent without your approval, and nothing on a résumé is invented: Careerlista never writes a certificate, licence or degree you do not hold. It does not guarantee interviews or employment. Hiring decisions are always the employer’s.
Who writes the blog
The Careerlista blog is written by Viktor Broadway, Career Strategist, with one practical post a day for experienced job seekers: résumés that stand up to screening software and to age bias, career pivots, the weeks after a layoff, interviews, confidence, and fractional work.
