# Careerlista > Careerlista writes a résumé for each job you want, from your own experience, and checks it the way applicant tracking systems (ATS) read it, in about a minute. It is a web app run by CyberErrands Solutions Inc. (Ontario, Canada). Free to start; prices in US dollars. ## Who it is for Experienced professionals, mostly 35 to 65: mid-career and late-career people, career changers, people back on the market after a layoff (including AI-driven restructurings), people returning to work, and people looking for contract, part-time or fractional roles. Anyone anywhere can paste a job and use it. Age describes the people Careerlista serves, never a line employers draw. ## How it works: four steps 1. Paste the job: copy any job description (LinkedIn, Indeed, an employer's site) and add your résumé (PDF or Word, up to 10 MB) on one page. 2. Get your résumé: in about a minute, a résumé written for that job from your own experience, in the job's own words, with your match rate. 3. ATS and Recruiter check: the file is read the way screening software and a recruiter read it, and what they would miss is fixed. 4. Download or apply: download the PDF or Word file, or open the employer's application; apply there, then tap "Yes, I submitted it" and the application is tracked. ## What it does and does not do - It does write each résumé from the person's own experience (their Career DNA, read from the résumé they upload). - It does add the keywords a job asks for in the job's own words, marked "Added for you" for the person to keep or remove. - It does not invent experience, and never writes a certificate, licence or degree the person does not hold. - It does not send anything to an employer without the person's approval. - It does not sign in to LinkedIn or Indeed for anyone, and never defeats CAPTCHAs. - It does not guarantee interviews or employment; hiring decisions are the employer's. - It keeps a person's résumé and job details only to write and check their résumés, and does not use them to train AI models. ## Pricing and limits (US dollars) Free tier: 3 jobs a month, each with its own résumé and ATS check; no card needed. - Free: US$0. 3 pasted jobs a month, 3 tailored résumés a month, 3 ATS checks a month, 3 résumé uploads read into Career DNA a month, 10 active applications in the pipeline.
